Matlab, Fortran  Functions and  Subroutines  of IIM

Companion of the bookThe Immersed Interface Method -- Numerical Solutions of PDEs Involving Interfaces and Irregular Domains, Zhilin Li and Kazufumi Ito, SIAM Frontiers in Applied mathematics, 33, ISBN: 0-89971-609-8.

It is still under construction and will be constantly updated!

Heat_1D_IIM

New results: For 1D problem, the left/right derivatives at the interface computed using IIM are also second order accurate. The work is the 2015 REU project at NCSU. The examples are for very general 1D interface problems (two-point BVP).
