Course description:
Advection, wave, heat and Laplace equations. Solutions by separation of variables and expansion in Fourier Series or other appropriate orthogonal sets. Sturm-Liouville eigenvalue problems. Introduction to methods for solving some classical partial differential equations. Use of power series as a tool in solving partial differential equations.

Course Delivery Method: Classes will be delivered online during the class time using Zoom. The classes will be recorded. The notes will be posted to Moodle after class. The video will shared, likely through Google Drive using a link. Almost all the information can be found in Moodle including homework assignments and submissions.

Note that: In case of possible Internet outages, please wait for 5 minutes or so to get reconnected. Tips for good internet connections.
